Founder Accelerator

Programme in development

For early teams with a prototype, user interviews or an initial pilot that need to reduce the decisive uncertainties in product, market, operations and organisation.

01 / Programmes

Proposed fit

Intended for early teams in which young founders hold the central decision-making role and have a prototype or credible user signal.

Incorporation, sector and geography requirements remain unconfirmed. Problem quality, evidence, team capability and learning velocity would matter most.

02 / Programmes

Four jobs to be done

Product: identify which value is genuinely used. Market: understand who will change an existing behaviour. Operations: learn how to deliver consistently.

Organisation: align roles, governance, data, risk and cash planning with the next stage of responsibility.

03 / Programmes

Proposed rhythm

A baseline diagnostic would set a small number of material milestones for each team, followed by evidence-based cycle reviews.

Specialist clinics, peer review and presentation practice should respond to the current bottleneck rather than accumulate generic lectures.

Capital is not a course prize

The programme does not promise investment, valuation, fundraising success or investor meetings. Any confirmed opportunity would be described separately.

Teams should understand the differences between equity, debt, grants and bootstrapping, and obtain independent legal and financial advice before a transaction.
