What we would want to understand

Your real understanding of the problem, actions already taken, current evidence, remaining uncertainty and what you need to learn next.

Applicants should not inflate market size or disguise maturity. Honest accounts of failure, limits and disagreement are not automatic disadvantages.

Proposed assessment principles

Fit, problem quality, willingness to learn, feasibility, team responsibility and safety would be considered together.

Each call will state whether work samples, interviews or references are needed. Family background, purchase of extra services and private connections will not be hidden entry requirements.

Minors, data and fees

Applications from minors require age-appropriate forms and an informed guardian process. Only information necessary for assessment and operation should be collected.

Fees, assistance, refunds, equipment and travel costs will be disclosed before commitment. Payment will never be used to reserve a place that has not been confirmed.
