A longer list of organisations does not guarantee useful support. A functioning ecosystem helps a participant find the right knowledge, feedback, context or accountable person at the right moment.

CIE will label only confirmed relationships as partnerships. Reference, contact and inspiration do not constitute collaboration.

Programmes provide stage and rhythm; mentors provide frames for judgement; prototyping support enables tests; partners contribute context and expertise.

Community preserves relationships, experience and reflection so a time-bound programme can become part of a long-term network.

First define the team's current bottleneck. Then match the smallest useful intervention and record its purpose, result and follow-up responsibility.

Introductions should not replace work, and status differences should not create opaque access routes.

Respect participant agency, disclose conflicts and keep educational activity separate from product selling or investment solicitation.

Protect minors, personal data, confidential information and IP. Complaints and disputes need a visible route for review.
