Open library · In development

Keep the method after the event ends.

CIE intends to organise tools, cases, terminology and practical guidance into a searchable bilingual library, so learning does not depend on one talk or one mentor being present.

01 / Resources

Six editorial tracks

Problem discovery and user research; systems thinking and research ethics; prototyping and experimentation; product and market validation.

Teams, governance and communication; IP, data, safety, finance and funding readiness.

02 / Resources

Not a file dump

Every resource should state audience, stage, time, prerequisites, output and where it should not be used.

A template needs a genuine usage method and common failure modes. A case needs date, context and limitations.

Sources and maintenance

External work retains author, institution, original link, licence and access date. Rewriting must never obscure the source.

Regulation, platform rules, market data and technical information require review dates; outdated material is visibly archived.

Bilingual and accessible

Chinese and English share a conceptual structure but are edited naturally rather than translated mechanically. Essential specialist terms retain useful equivalents.

Clear hierarchy, selectable text, image descriptions, mobile readability and versioned downloads are part of the publishing standard.

Current status

The library is in development. Placeholder entries will not be used to simulate depth.

The first release will include scope, copyright, citation, correction and contribution rules.
