Community
Programmes end. Growth relationships should not.
CIE aims to create a long-term network across ages, disciplines and venture stages, where learning is preserved, mutual help continues and opportunities move transparently.

Who belongs
Learners, founders, educators, mentors and contributors from confirmed programmes or open events may join an appropriate level under future published rules.
Community membership does not automatically mean CIE endorsement, partnership, investment eligibility or programme admission.

Proposed community rhythms
Venture reflections make room for failure and pivots. Topic roundtables focus on one technical or social question. Peer clinics address a current practical obstacle.
Alumni updates record current status and requests for help, not only moments of success.
03 / Ventures & insights
Make opportunity transparent
Events, challenges, collaborations and resources should state eligibility, capacity, selection, cost and deadline under clear rules.
A private introduction cannot bypass necessary screening, safeguards or conflict disclosure.

A shared code
Respect different backgrounds and viewpoints. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, misleading claims and unsolicited selling are incompatible with the community.
Minors, sensitive data, images, confidentiality and IP require a higher standard of care. A full code will be published before the community opens.
